In late December 2025, I visited Fukuoka (福岡) for the first time. Travelling during Japan's year-end holiday period is always tricky because many tourist attractions and local restaurants close for the season. However, with some careful planning and research, my friends and I built an itinerary exploring beyond the city centre and focused on experi
